Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Creating an account on www.cioccabocca.com is not mandatory. You can place an order as a guest as well.
How do I place an order?
Add your desired item to your cart by clicking the “Add To Cart” icon or and continue shopping.
When you are ready to place the order, go to Checkout where you can estimate the handling fees per Emirate. We offer free delivery in Dubai for all orders above AED 300.
Add a gift card with a personalized message or redeem an eGift card.
Follow the steps to complete the checkout process.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed and paid, it cannot be canceled.
However, if your order is not yet processed, please contact us on contact@cioccabocca.com and our team will assist you in case of any request for changes or modifications.
How can I add additional products to my order?
Unfortunately, adding products to an existing order is not possible. Feel free placing a new order for any additional items.
What are your handling fees?
Do you deliver free of charge in Dubai?
Yes, we offer free delivery in Dubai for any orders above AED 300.
Do you deliver to any destinations outside of Dubai?
Yes, we deliver to any destination within the UAE.
How can I find out about the delivery charges?
Handling fees are being calculated during the checkout process depending on the delivery destination.
Go to checkout and select the Emirate from the drop-down list in the bottom right corner of the page. The handling fees are being estimated based on the Emirate you would like to have your order delivered to.
Why am I getting charged delivery fees?
Delivering chocolate requires fast and careful shipping.
Our goal is to make sure that the products are delivered to our customers in its best condition. That’s why we are delivering each order ourselves with our in-house vehicle, instead of working with any third-party Courier Services.
Some companies build delivery fees into their retail prices. CioccaBocca is adding handling fees during the checkout process.
We try to keep the delivery charges to a minimum, that’s why our handling fees are calculated to primarily cover our cost for petrol. Labor charges or cost of wear and tear of our chiller van were not considered when calculating these handling fees.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Orders will be delivered within 1-4 working days.

Do you deliver to multiple addresses?
Yes we do.
To deliver to multiple addresses, you must place individual orders. Handling fees will be calculated for each order.

How should I store my chocolates?
It is essential that the chocolate boxes are kept at constant temperature between 18-22°C, in an temperature controlled environment, ideally at 60% air humidity.
